I traded high heels for hospital scrubs and board meetings for birthing rooms—and I’ve never looked back. 💕

My mission? To create stronger beginnings—one mama, one baby, one birth at a time. 💕

I’m a mama of three, a professional birth and postpartum doula, and certified childbirth educator, trained under OB-GYN expert Dr. Bill Chun. I’ve supported hundreds of hospital births—through my private practice, for U.S. Navy families, and at a major medical center in California.

I care deeply about every woman I work with—whether one-on-one with her in the delivery room, in my live workshops, or in my community. I want to help you have the best experience for one of life’s most important transformations—so you can trust yourself and create a birth that’s safe, empowering, and uniquely yours.
