Is Induction Right for You and Your Baby?

A Live Workshop for High-Risk or Anxious Moms

Nearly 1 in 3 moms are induced today. So, the number one question is: “Do I actually need to be induced?”

Most moms have questions, but appointments feel rushed, and it’s not always easy to ask what’s really on your mind.

So instead of guessing or feeling pressured…let’s slow it down and talk about it—honestly.

Join me LIVE on last Tuesday of every month at 7 PM PST / 4 PM EST.

This isn’t a lecture — it’s a real conversation about one of the most important decisions you’ll make.

🔗 Sign Up Now — No more second guessing.

After Just 2 Hours, You’ll Have:

A Clear Understanding of What Induction Really Means

Know the process, how it works, and how it can affect your labor, your body, and your baby.

A replay of the live event will be available to watch and download for up to one year after it airs.

Let’s Talk About Induction, Honestly

After supporting 130+ births, I’ve seen the full spectrum — from medically necessary inductions to ones that may not have been needed. So let’s get real.

What you’ll learn:

  • What induction actually looks like in real life

  • Why so many inductions are happening today

  • When it’s truly medically necessary — and when it might not be

  • The real risks and benefits (in a way that actually makes sense)

  • How to talk with your provider with clarity and confidence

And if induction is part of your story:

  • How to avoid an unnecessary induction when possible

  • What to do if you are induced

  • Simple, proven ways to lower your risk of a cesarean birth

Practicing Pregnancy & Birth Doula • Certified Childbirth Educator • Named One of the Top 10 Women Reimagining Childbirth Education

I’m Alisa Marie — and I can’t wait to meet you.

I’m a mama of three adult children, a certified childbirth educator, and a practicing pregnancy and birth doula. I’ve supported over 130 births across more than 15 hospitals — through my private practice, at UCSD Medical Center, and with the U.S. Navy.

I continue advanced training under OB-GYN Dr. Bill Chun to stay closely connected to the realities of today’s medical system — so I can help you navigate it with clarity and confidence.

Through my gentle, grounded approach, I’ve guided thousands of women from fear to confidence — helping them prepare for a safe, healthy birth and a strong beginning to motherhood.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting women from all walks of life, including high-profile families, professional athletes, and military special operations families. But what matters most to me isn’t who you are — it’s how supported you feel.

Every mama receives the same thoughtful, grounded, and private care.

My mission: To create stronger beginnings: one mama, one baby, one birth at a time. 💕

Mama, I believe in you. And together we’ve got this.
